As part of the annual event hosted in Nashville, TN - Sitecore worked with Snapbar to develop a unique experience allowing guests to customize their own country music star portrait, and then mail them as postcards back home!

The annual Sitecore Symposium in Nashville, TN is attended by a global community of brands and digital innovators. In 2024, Sitecore, and partners like Avanade and Microsoft, worked with Snapbar to develop a truly one-of-a-kind Nashville experience.
Inspired by Sitecore’s creative team, we developed a custom AI-driven postcard generator - allowing attendees to discover their own country music persona and then create personalized, Nashville-inspired postcards. The AI-generated creations were then transformed into printed keepsakes, ingeniously drawing attendees back to the booth for collection.
This experience not only heightened attendee engagement for the Sitecore team, but also provided a memorable takeaway that reinforced the innovative spirit of the entire event.

On top of the in-person engagement and conversations created, and the social posts reaching thousands of new people online - the printed postcards added a whole extra layer of memories, creating physical keepsakes and warm feelings for the folks back home.
