Texts get opened where guests are standing. They see their content minutes after making it, show the people around them, and post it while the event is still happening, which is when a share does the most for your brand.
Photo and Video Delivery by Text Message
Guests get their photos and videos by text seconds after they're ready, while they're still at your event and in the mood to share.

Can event photos be delivered by text message?
Yes, the moment they're ready.
Yes. With text delivery on, each guest enters their phone number during the experience, and Snapbar texts them a personal link the moment their photo or video is ready, whether it came from an AI photo booth, trading cards, or a digital photo booth. The link opens their branded page, where they can view, download, and share it. Run it alongside email or on its own.
Why text works at events

Read on the spot
A personal page, one tap away
The text itself stays short: your message and a link. The link opens the guest's own page, branded to match the experience, where they can view, download, and share their content.
Written once, personal every time
Write the message once and personalize it with each guest's first name and their link. A phone preview in the dashboard shows exactly what guests will receive, and with translations on, every text goes out in the guest's language.
See what text delivery drives
Visits that start from a text show up as their own source in your analytics, so you can see how many guests opened their content from a text.
Should you deliver by email or text?
Text lands fast and gets read on the floor. Email carries more around the content, and it's still sitting in an inbox the following week. Run both, and guests get text for the moment and email for the record.
If your guests are on their feet and on the move, at a festival, a stadium, or a busy show floor, text is the channel we'd pick. Turning it on adds a phone number field to your data capture step, so every guest is asked for one.

Text Message Delivery FAQs
Does text delivery cost extra?
Yes. Text delivery is an add-on to your experience, priced by the size of your audience, since every guest gets a text of their own. Share some details about what you're planning, and we'll include it in your quote alongside the experience and any other add-ons you need.
Which experiences can deliver photos by text?
Every Snapbar photo and video experience can deliver by text, including AI Photo Booth, AI Video, AI Stories, Persona Quiz, Trading Cards, Event Headshots, and Digital Photo Booth. Spin to Win and Video Testimonials deliver their results by email only, so plan on email for guests who play or record with those.
What does the text message say?
Your message, written once in the dashboard and personalized with each guest's first name and a link to their content. A live phone preview shows exactly what guests will receive before your activation goes live, and if you add translations, each guest gets the text in their own language.
Do guests have to give their phone number?
Yes, since the text needs somewhere to go. Turning on text delivery adds a phone number field to your data capture step, alongside the name, email, and custom questions you already ask. Guests enter it once during the experience, and their content arrives as soon as it's ready.
Does text delivery work with international phone numbers?
Tell us where your guests are coming from before the event, and we'll confirm text delivery for those countries. Guests should enter their number with its country code. For an international audience, it's worth keeping email delivery on as well, so every guest has a second way to reach their content.
