Frequently Asked Questions
Do employees need an app to add a photo to the mosaic?

No. Employees scan a QR code with their phone camera, choose or take a photo, and upload it from the browser. There is no app to install, no login, and no booth session. The code can sit on the stream overlay, office screens, table cards, or inside the calendar invite for remote staff.

Does the mosaic wall run out of space at a large all-hands?

No. The mosaic never runs out of room, so every guest makes it in. A late upload from a remote employee gets a tile just like the first upload from the front row, which is what makes the format fair for a company-wide meeting where thousands of people take part.

Can remote employees add photos to the same mosaic as the office?

Yes. The wall is one image, and every upload lands on it whether the person is in the auditorium or watching the stream from home. Show the same QR code on the stream overlay and on office screens at the same minute so remote staff can act at the same moment as the room.

Can we get a video of the mosaic building itself?

Yes. Ask us to export an MP4 recap of the wall assembling itself, rendered from the wall's real placement history. It is not a self-serve download, so tell us before the meeting that you want one. The video works well in the recap email and on internal channels after the event.
