Frequently Asked Questions
Are trading cards printed at the event?

Snapbar trading card activations are digital-first. Every card is delivered instantly by email, SMS, or on-screen display as a shareable digital collectible. Some teams add on-site printing at a kiosk as a complement, and we can advise on pairing digital and print, but the activation, data capture, and delivery all run on the digital card.

Can we use real photos instead of AI portraits on trading cards?

Yes. The EA Sports cards used real fan photos with the background swapped out, which gives an authentic sports-card look. AI portraits offer more stylized, consistent framing and are more forgiving in a busy room. We help you pick the treatment that suits your design and field layout during scoping.

What guest data does a trading card activation capture?

Each card is built from a short form, so you capture whatever you configure: name, email, phone, and any custom survey fields the card design uses. That first-party data is yours, delivered as an export after the activation, ready to load into whatever tools your team already runs.

How many guests can a trading card activation handle?

The experience is web-based and scales automatically, so there is no practical cap. We have run activations from 50-guest VIP dinners up to conferences and stadium events with 50,000+ attendees. EA Sports peaked at 300 cards in a single day at the Super Bowl Experience Fan Zone.

How much does a trading card activation cost?

Trading card activations start at $3,995, which includes 150 credits and the standard activation features. Each participant uses one credit, so cost scales with volume, activation duration, and any experience upgrades you add. Current details are on the trading card activation page.
