TESU (Thomas Edison State University) is a hybrid university, consisting of faculty who work both on campus and remotely. This dual work mode presented unique challenges for the HR department, especially when it came to organizing in-person headshots for the entire faculty. Coordinating everyone to be present on campus on the same day was logistically impossible, not to mention the time and cost considerations. TESU needed a streamlined, cost-effective solution that could provide consistent, professional headshots for online profiles and email signatures while regularly onboarding new hybrid faculty. Using Studio, TESU could easily provide a link for their faculty members to access the custom-branded Studio. From there, each faculty could capture their own quality headshot by following the provided tips and guidelines, while the platform handled the rest. The new headshots then automatically populated in their admin dashboard for moderation, coordination, downloading, and implementation.
