The SnapBar expanded down to Portland in 2016, and Adam was our very first PDX Pro! Talk about bragging rights. Since then, he's been helping us bring a great SnapBar experience to our Oregon clients (when he's not busy writing Old Spice ads). Adam is also a part of the podcast that Pro Rachel Nagel asked us to promote in her blog post, entitled 'No Dead Air!'
Usually, when we write these blogs, we ask our featured Pro to share a bit about themselves with us so that we can write content based on what they find notable or unique about themselves. We mix this with fun facts and stories that others who know them have to share. From there, we take the information and write a blog post from it. However, what Adam had to share with us was too good to tamper with. We found that his words, verbatim, really give you an idea of his personality. So the information we share with you below came directly from the mouth (or fingers really) of Adam himself. We hope you enjoy!
My full name is Adam BopBop Crouch and I'm a millionaire in Adam Bucks which is a currency I invented, meaning that I'm also an inventor. I live in Portland Oregon but I don't have any tattoos and I don't wear skinny jeans and I'm not a part of any "upcoming scenes" within music or art or anything cool like that. I own 15 t-shirts and most of them are grey or black. This wasn't on purpose it just sort of happened. My favorite sandwich is a Cubano and I usually get it from Whole Foods who should probably pay me for plugging them in this. Whole Foods. Please pay me. I'm from Casey Illinois which is home to 2,700 people and like 8 of the world's largest things. My Dad is a farmer and raised me to be very tough and strong and even though he did a great job at it, most toddlers would have little issue beating me up. I'm not married, I hate Florida and La Croix, and I don't save any of my receipts after any purchases. I currently work at an advertising agency called Wieden+Kennedy and I do writing for Old Spice, Samsung, and KFC. I wear Timex watches (Timex, pay me) and I have worn a diaper in the last 5 years. Don't ask for details on that. My Twitter and Instagram are @TheHoshuah. Please follow me. The endorphin release I get when receiving new followers on social media is the only means I use to measure my sense of self-worth. Thanks.
So there you have it! The one, the only, the hilarious, Adam BopBop Crouch! He's loved by clients and knows how to get down with the party! Here are a few photos from a holiday party we did this past winter. The client sent us these photos directly after the party saying, "Hahahahah You guys were the freaking best! Thanks so much!" No elaboration necessary. Way to go Adam!
