We recommend multiple Studios to clients that would benefit from clear segmentation of multiple groups within their organization, and/or wish to set up different experiences for multiple groups.
Setting up multiple Studios for different groups allows each group to have easily sortable and exportable data, uniquely designed user experiences within each Studio, and unique photo outputs for each group. Still unsure? Ask your sales rep about your specific scenario!
- We recommend starting here: add up your team’s current size + the # of people you estimate will join your team in the coming year + about 5% on top of that as rejecting headshots for poor quality requires retakes (retakes do count as credits used).
- If you plan to keep your team’s headshots current each year, that’s roughly how many credits you’ll want to plan on annually! If you don’t get it quite right, don’t worry— you can purchase additional credits at any time. Or, if you overestimate, credits roll over every year for active customers.
Custom Image Resizing supports our clients who require specific dimensions or printing specifications when exporting images, such as changing the DPI (dots per inch) for printing purposes or exporting images with specific pixel dimensions.
Our standard image size is 2000 pixels. If you do need specific sizes, custom image resizing comes with the Corporate and Enterprise tiers.
All tiers include your choice of square or circle crops. If you’d like something more custom, such as portrait or landscape, custom crop factors comes with the Corporate and Enterprise tiers.
Yes! Studio supports multiple poses for clients who are interested in this option (a popular example is having a professional headshot and a fun headshot, to show some personality). Ask your sales rep about adding this option to your Studio.
Yes, you can supply your own backgrounds if you would like. You also have the option to choose from our asset library of popular options, or do a mix of both.
