Nope! We default to keeping your Story open, rather than shutting it down. Your Customer Success Specialist will be in touch with an invoice for any overages, billed at the price per additional credit listed as part of your tier. You can also preemptively add credits any time, in increments of 25.
Each video submitted counts as one credit.
With Story Annual, credits roll over annually for all active subscriptions.
