Frequently Asked Questions
What if I need my Snapshot faster than 6 days?

If you need a faster turn-around than your tier’s lead time (6 business days, unless you’re in Enterprise), we want to help! Tell your Snapbar rep as soon as you can, and we can let you know what’s possible. Rush fees may apply.

Does my Snapshot shut off once we hit our photo limit?

Nope! We default to keeping your Snapshot open. Your Customer Success Specialist will be in touch with an invoice for any overages, billed at the price per additional credit listed as part of your tier. You can also preemptively add credits any time, in increments of 25.

How many assets are included in my Snapshot? Can I add more?

All tiers come with 15 stickers, 3 frames, and 6 backgrounds. If you would like to add more, let your sales rep know and we’ll be happy to add that to your order!

What defines a Custom Snapshot Activation?

A custom Snapshot is built on a unique URL, for example: nordstrom.virtualbooth.co.

Can I update the design or assets of my Snapshot?

For Annual Snapshots, we do offer redesign options based on your needs. A redesign can include things like an interface design refresh, new assets, or updated messaging; it does not include changing the unique URL (this would require a new Snapshot). Talk to your Snapbar rep about your use case, and we can share some options!

How many credits should I choose?

A credit equals one photo. Engagement at activations certainly varies, but for an average event, we recommend assuming 30% engagement (for example, if you are expecting 500 guests, we recommend starting at 150 credits). To boost your engagement, let your sales rep know and we can pass on tips and resources!

Do my credits roll over?

With Snapshot Annual, credits roll over annually for all active subscriptions.
